Service Description

In this a 4-session online package, you will meet with Amanda virtually four weeks in a row after your baby comes. This is a great way to check in with an experienced postpartum provider to process your birth, delve into your parenting style, learn about sleep behaviors, basic baby feeding, baby wearing, infant massage, partner roles and support, discuss intimacy and self-care. Any questions you have will be answered and you will feel supported on your postpartum journey.
